Increase Your Revenue With Better Guests

5-STep Marketing Blueprint For Your Short-Term Rental

Part 7 of 7 - Conclusion

Putting It All Together

Let's put everything together...then give you the opportunity to join our little tribe of short term rental hosts that are dedicated to becoming Master Superhosts (more about that later)...

“This was my second stay and it was as fabulous as the first. Quiet, comfortable, and cozy.”

“This place is really special and truly lives up to all its glowing reviews. Everything about it was perfect…”

“Beautiful place. Perfect in every way.”

Words aren’t enough to appreciate how nice and cozy this place is. You’ll never regret booking it.”

Another stay at [Redacted]. It has become my go to when visiting the area…”

“I can’t imagine a more perfect place to stay. 3 comfortable beds for each of us. Beautiful decor. So clean. A full kitchen with all appliances! Just a wonderful place to land if you need a place to land near [Redacted] or the surrounding areas.”

These are the kind of reviews that seperate the average host from Master Superhosts...

These are the kind of guests our rentals attract: those who appreciate the love and care we put into our properties just as much as we do...

And this is what happens when you put together a cohesive marketing plan, targeting your ideal travelers.

There are many ways you can create a marketing strategy for your Airbnb. This was ours, and our way might not be the best way for you.

We've covered a lot of ground over the last few pages, and all of the pieces can seem overwhelming for those just getting started. It shouldn't, because the core model is really simple:
Identify your most ideal travelers...

Design your space around their most desired features...

And let them know about it by capturing their attention with photography/social media...
The beauty in this plan lies in its simplicity. Discover what travelers in your area are looking for, and give it to them.

Most Airbnb hosts don't get it. They slap together a listing, talk about themselves and how great their property is, and wonder why their occupancy is so low.

We know this, because we did it too...

But once you nail the basics of marketing your vacation rental, everything becomes easier.

Play The Long (Infinite) Game

There are two types of Airbnb hosts: those who are just looking for cash and treat short-term rentals as some kind of passive investment, and those who understand that this is a business that requires your active participation.

The first group of hosts do the bare minimum. They buy cheap furniture, get annoyed by inquiries, and expect to be praised after giving their guests a list of Checkout Chores on their way out.

The second group of host is building a brand that can withstand the slow season. They look for opportunities to improve their spaces and make the lives of their guests better.

We encourage you to be the second host.

The grass is very green for the host who treats their guests well and becomes a destination in and of themselves.

When you adopt the mindset of the Master Superhost, things begin to change within your business: better guests start showing up, repeat bookings begin to accumulate, and revenue starts to grow.

Your marketing strategy is only the beginning...

Our goal at Skyline STR is to "reframe" some of your reality about running a thriving short-term rental business and standing out from competitors in your market for the long term.

If that sounds like you, and you're serious about becoming a Master Superhost with more trainings like this, then this is your call to adventure...

...Come on in, the water is warm.
